A Note to Readers:
We all know that very few people enjoy writing their own about-me page, so as Kevin's office manager for the last decade, I volunteered as tribute.
If you are like most people, and would rather skip what typically amounts to a narrative CV, the most important thing to know about Kevin is that he is one of the most honest, trustworthy, and respectful individuals you will ever meet.
I have seen first-hand how genuinely invested he is in his clients, and I have watched many of them become lifelong friends. Kevin is someone who truly understands both the personal and financial magnitude of a real estate transaction, and he knows how deeply personal circumstances and motivations shape a sale or purchase. It's a responsibility he takes seriously. Kevin is the person I have and will continue to trust with my own family's real estate decisions, and I can offer no stronger recommendation that that.

About Kevin:
Kevin has called New Smyrna Beach home since 1978 and graduated from New Smyrna Beach High School in 1979. Over the years, he has continually found new ways to serve and advocate for the community. His extensive record of service includes founding a local makerspace and serving as chairman of several New Smyrna Beach organizations and advisory boards, including the Planning and Zoning Board, Utilities Commission, and local Rotary Club.
A licensed real estate agent since 2009, Kevin has developed extensive experience across nearly every segment of the local market. His work spans residential and luxury homes, commercial properties, vacant land, and investment opportunities. His breadth of experience gives his clients a uniquely well-rounded view of the New Smyrna Beach market and the insight to understand how each part of it connects.
Outside of real estate, Kevin has audited courses in both architecture and engineering and has a lifelong passion for invention and design. He is the founder of Find Green Ideas, a company dedicated to exploring sustainable innovation, as well as the current owner of the historic Hall's Machine Works in downtown New Smyrna Beach, where he hopes to breathe new life into the longtime manufacturing shop.
On any given weekend, you'll find him in the shop turning wood on the lathe, experimenting with the CNC machine, designing and drafting whatever idea his mind has mustered up, or (more often than not) hosting an open house.
Whether he is restoring a piece of local history, solving a problem in the workshop, serving his community or guiding a client through a real estate decision, Kevin brings the same qualities to everything he does: curiosity, integrity, and genuine commitment to helping others. He doesn't just know New Smyrna Beach, he's spent a lifetime helping serve it and call it home.
